CONSULTATION / $300 / 1 hr
This is a confidential one-hour appointment that can take place either in-person at our office in Ybor City** or over the phone. The purpose of a consultation is to provide you with limited legal representation for substantive legal advice and summary document review. You will have an opportunity to submit documents prior to your scheduled consultation. Rarely, a document submission may require an additional fee for time spent beyond one-hour, with such generally noticed to the client in advance. **Due to COVID-19, telephone consultations are preferred over in-person, which can be available for extenuating circumstances.

This appointment is a confidential opportunity to evaluate your potential legal matter with Attorney Charlotte Kelly over the phone at no cost. The two of you will refer to your previously submitted confidential questionnaire responses.
